Each program is grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research and adapted from established protocols including MBSR, MBCT, and compassion-focused therapy.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Our flagship 8-week MBSR program follows the gold-standard curriculum developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness. Participants learn seated meditation, body scan awareness, gentle Hatha yoga, and walking meditation through weekly 2.5-hour group sessions, daily guided home practice, and a transformative full-day silent retreat. Clinical evidence demonstrates significant reductions in perceived stress, anxiety, and chronic pain among completers. Cohorts of 12 to 18 participants ensure personalized attention from our MBSR-certified facilitators.
Learn About MBSR →Therapeutic Yoga & Somatic Healing
Designed for individuals seeking physical relaxation, chronic pain relief, and deeper body awareness, our therapeutic yoga series integrates trauma-sensitive postures, restorative holds, yoga nidra (conscious sleep meditation), and progressive muscle relaxation. Sessions are led by Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and adapted to all mobility levels. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing autoimmune conditions, or simply seeking profound physical ease, this program meets you exactly where you are with compassionate, evidence-informed instruction.
Explore Therapeutic Yoga →Mindful Communication Workshop
Rooted in Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC) framework and enriched with contemplative listening practices, this six-week workshop cultivates empathic presence, authentic expression, and skillful conflict resolution. Through partner exercises, guided loving-kindness meditations, reflective journaling, and role-play scenarios, participants develop emotional attunement and reduce habitual reactivity. Particularly beneficial for couples, caregivers, healthcare professionals, educators, and anyone seeking richer, more compassionate relationships.

Certified Instructors
Every facilitator holds at minimum a 200-hour Mindfulness Teacher Training certification through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) or equivalent body. Our MBSR teachers complete the rigorous training pathway through the Brown University or UMass Medical School Mindfulness Center, including supervised practicum hours, personal retreat requirements, and ongoing continuing education. We maintain a 1:12 instructor-to-participant ratio across all group programs.
Evidence-Based Curriculum
Our programs are adapted from protocols with robust clinical evidence published in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Clinical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine, and the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology. We track participant outcomes using validated instruments including the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), and the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9). Our annual outcomes report is available to all stakeholders upon request.
