Personal Mindfulness & Wellness Assessment
Not sure which program is right for you? Our evidence-informed assessment evaluates your current stress levels, meditation experience, wellness goals, available time, and preferred learning environment to generate a personalized program recommendation with projected outcomes.
Personal Mindfulness & Wellness Assessment
Answer five brief questions to receive a personalized program recommendation based on your current stress levels, experience, and wellness goals.
How the Assessment Works
Our wellness assessment is built on validated psychometric principles adapted from the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ). While not a clinical diagnostic instrument, it provides a meaningful snapshot of your current wellness profile and guides you toward the most appropriate entry point in our programming continuum.
What We Evaluate
- Current Stress Profile: Understanding your baseline stress level helps us recommend programs calibrated to provide appropriate challenge without overwhelm. Individuals with severe stress benefit most from structured, evidence-based protocols like MBSR, while those with moderate stress may thrive in our Foundation Course or Therapeutic Yoga series.
- Practice Experience: Your prior exposure to mindfulness, meditation, or contemplative practices determines whether a beginner-friendly program or an advanced intensive best serves your growth edge.
- Primary Wellness Goal: Whether you seek emotional regulation, physical relaxation, cognitive clarity, or relational improvement shapes which curriculum components will deliver the most meaningful results for your unique situation.
- Time Availability: Sustainable practice requires realistic commitment. Our programs range from flexible micro-practices for busy professionals to immersive intensive tracks for those with generous schedules.
- Learning Style Preference: Some participants flourish in intimate private sessions, others in cohort-based structured courses, and still others in open community practice circles. Your preferred setting maximizes engagement and retention.
After You Complete the Assessment
Your personalized recommendation includes the specific program name, your wellness profile category, recommended practice intensity, suggested weekly time commitment, and projected stress reduction percentage based on our aggregate participant outcomes data. You can use this recommendation to enroll directly or schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with our intake coordinator to discuss your results and explore additional options.
The assessment is entirely free, takes approximately two minutes, and can be retaken at any time as your circumstances and goals evolve. No personal data is collected or stored during the assessment process.
